Are you a singer, musician or performer? Would you like to
take part in the “Spirit of Music Festival” Downtown Tauranga in December?
Entry is Free. This Festival is open to all ages and you will receive a goodie bag simply
by taking part, plus you will be in to win some great prizes. To register your interest as
a performer – please fill in this form below – there is no obligation at this
point. Upon registration we will then send you full details and seek your commitment to
take part. The Music Festival will take place between 11am and 1pm on the weekends of
December 10th/11th & 17th/18th. The public will be asked to vote for their
‘peoples choice’ from the performers. The finalists will then be asked to
perform in front of a panel of celebrity judges on Tuesday December 20th between 11am and
1pm.

December 2nd, 2011.
